1. Return Policy

At Supreme Cooling Systems, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped at no additional cost.

  • If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for:

    • Delivery charges

    • Return-to-origin (RTO) charges These charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following condition:

    • The product was damaged during transit.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing images or videos as proof.

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Returns are not applicable if the product has been used by the customer.

  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dislike after use will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy
