Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch at no extra cost.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, the delivery and return-to-origin (RTO) charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.

To be eligible:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Unboxing photos or videos must be provided as proof of damage.

  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dislike after use will not be accepted.

Warranty Policy

  • 2-Season Warranty applicable on manufacturing defects only.
  • Home service not available.
  • Under warranty, replacement parts will be provided — no cash or product replacement.
  • The customer must bring the cooler or defective part to the nearest authorized dealer or service center.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues caused by improper use, handling, or voltage fluctuations

Note: Warranty is valid only with the original purchase bill.
