Returns Policy

Order Cancellation Orders can be canceled before they are shipped at no additional cost. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for: Delivery charges & Return-to-origin (RTO) charges These charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns & Exchanges Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following condition: The product was damaged during transit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing images or videos as proof. Products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Conditions Returns are not applicable if the product has been used by the customer. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dislike after use will not be accepted.
