Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch at no extra cost.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, the delivery and return-to-origin (RTO) charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.
To be eligible:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Unboxing photos or videos must be provided as proof of damage.

- Returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dislike after use will not be accepted.

- Issues caused by improper use, handling, or voltage fluctuations
